Comment: The PhD Multi is the greatest writing instrument I have ever encountered. My only displeasure is they are hard to find on the shelves and they get stolen from me constantly! I have used them now for 5 years or so and love them.

Comment: I am on my Windows Smartphone HTC Touch Pro Unlocked Smartphone with 3.2 MP Camera, Windows Mobile 6.1, Wi-Fi, GPS, MicroSD - International Version with No Warranty (Black) hours every day. I also take pages of notes in church and in meetings in the MS Word mobile it has built in. But the stylus on my phone is awful. I have purchased many others and thrown them all away. This one works for pen, pencil, and stylus very well. And becuase it twists to change instead of click, it last longer than any other I have ever tried. I easily use this 20 hours a week for about a year now. Everyone that borrows it wants it so I just bought two more as Christmas presents. Highly recommended.

Summary: Enjoy It While It Lasts
Comment: The ink flows just right, the pencil lead stays in place and the stylus is great. The pen itself feels great in the hand, very much like a Dr. Grip. Major problem though, the clicking method works for a couple weeks, then the pen starts to push back up inside while you're writing. Returned the 1st one, now the 2nd one started doing the same thing. At $10-ish a pop, that shouldn't happen.

Summary: Great for People with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Comment: I have developed a serious case of carpal tunnel syndrome over the years. It hurts to write with a normal pen and a normal PDA stylus is agony. This pen has been the only product I found to solve the problem. The only problem I have found is that the pen is getting harder to find. At least it is still online. Hopefully Papermate isn't giving up. And if they do I hope it is for a better product for those of us suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. If you want a pen, pencil, and stylus AND you suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome then this pen may be the answer.
